摘    要:基于现有湿法脱硫工艺,通过对烟塔合一技术的应用分析,对湿法脱硫系统进行简化.取消旋转式气气换热器GGH,将增压风机和引风机合二为一,利用冷却塔排烟代替烟囱排烟,以提高能源利用效率,减少设备投资、降低系统运行和维护费用.这为脱硫系统改进和降低脱硫成本提供了参考.

Optimization Analysis of Wet Desulfurization System Devices
Abstract:Based on existing wet desulfurization process,technical application analysis of natural draft cooling tower with flue gas injection was carried out for simplifying WFGD system.In order to improve energy efficiency、reduce the equipment investment and reduce the cost of system operation and maintenance,the GGH heat exchanger and FGD pressurized air fan were canceled,and flue gas was discharged through cooling tower instead of chimney.These measures provide very important references for improving WFGD system and reducing desulfurization cost.
