| 摘 要： | 以DWPI数据库和CPR SABS数据库中的检索结果为样本,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方式对纤维素乙醇生产技术领域进行一次全面的统计分析,总结了纤维素乙醇生产技术的现状和发展趋势,以及主要国家、主要申请人在纤维素乙醇生产技术领域的研究水平和专利申请状况,为国内企业的研发方向提出了建议,同时为国内申请人如何布局专利,如何提高专利战略的防御能力以及如何挑战他人专利提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | By statistically analyzing the patent distribution of cellulose ethanol technology in DWPI and CPRSABS databases,the paper summarizes current technology and development trends in this field,analyzes the status of research and patent application of the main applicants,and also proposes the development strategy of cellulose ethanol technology while suggests patented layout and improving patent defense for Chinese applicants. |
