低阶煤热力改性提质加工的研究

摘    要:对2种神华低阶煤进行了热力改性提质加工试验研究。结果表明,热力改性可以显著改善低阶煤的煤质特性,获得低水分、高发热量和改善着火点的优质改性产品。干燥脱水改性提质工艺处理的适宜温度为150~200℃,低温热解改性提质工艺的适宜处理温度为500℃左右。

Abstract:An upgrading process research of low rank coal has been made by using thermal modification method. The results showed that thermal modification can improved evidently properties of low rank coal and obtain high quality modification coal products with low moisture, high calorific value and improved ignition point. The suitable temperature by using de-watering process is between 150℃~200℃, and low temperature thermolysis is 500℃.
