原位增容PA6/HDPE共混物流变性能研究

摘    要:使用XL-YⅡ型毛细管流变仪研究了尼龙6/HDPE共混物的流变行为,并对其lgτω-lgγω、lgηa-lgγω、lgηa-1/T曲线进行了分析。实验结果表明:PA6/HDPE共混物为假塑性流体,其表观黏度随着剪切速率的增加而降低。加入HDPE、马来酸酐和L-101使得PA6/HDPE共混物的表观黏度增大,并且使得在同一剪切应力下的黏流活化能降低,故熔体的流动性受温度的影响较小。

Abstract:The rheological behaviours of nylon6/HDPE blends were studied by using XLY-Ⅱ rheometer.The curves of lgτω-lgγω,lgηa-lgγω,and lgηa-1/T were obtained.The experimental results showed that PA6/HDPE blends were pseudoplastic fluid.The apparent viscosity of the blends reduced with the increase of the shearing rate.Compared with PA6,the addition HDPE,MAH and L-101 increased the apparent viscosity.And in the same shearing stress,the reducing viscous activation energy of the blends indicated that the processing temperature had less influence on their rheological behaviour.
