摘    要:采用处理废铜料所得的硫酸铜溶液为原料,低毒害的铝粉为还原剂,使用液相还原法制备纳米铜粉。利用XRD和SEM对所制纳米铜粉进行表征。在反应温度80℃时,加入物质的量为硫酸铜10%的CTAB,获得晶粒粒径约45 nm的铜粉,其表面未有氧化。利用此法制备纳米铜粉,提高了废铜料的应用价值,实现了贵重资源的再生利用。

Abstract:Nano-copper powder was prepared from CuSO4 which was prepared from waste copper materials and aluminum powder in liquid phase.CTAB was added with its mol ratio to CuSO4 was 0.1 at 80 ℃.The copper powder was characterized by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the size of copper powder was about 45 nm and the surface of the powder was unoxidized.
