溶胶-凝胶法制备Zn2SiO4:Pr3+发光材料及其发光性能的研究

摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法合成了亚纳米级Zn2SiO4:Pr3+发光材料,探讨了Pr3+掺杂浓度及保温温度对发光性能的影响;利用XRD、SEM对样品的结构及其形貌进行表征,结果表明:保温温度在1 000℃基本形成Zn2SiO4晶体,颗粒尺寸大约2μm;荧光分析结果表明,样品的激发及发光光谱均为Pr3+的发光,激发峰λmax为353 nm,发射峰λmax为610 nm,是典型的Pr3+的1D2-3H4跃迁引起的。

Abstract:Luminescent materials Pr3+-doped zinc silicate were prepared by sol-gel method,the factors that affected the luminous performance were discussed.The samples were characterized with powder X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy,and it was found that the zinc silicate crystals were formed when the sample was treated at 1 000 ℃ and the size was about 2 μm.The samples characterized with fluorescence spectrophotometer,it was found that the excitation peak was 353 nm,and the main emission peak was around 610 nm,and the results indicated that the luminescence of these materials were due to 1D2-3H4 transition of Pr3+.
