| 摘 要： | 此新工艺以磷酸和硅酸钠为原料用沉淀法制白炭黑和磷酸钠盐,在不影响白炭黑及磷酸钠盐产品质量的前提下,使生产白炭黑和磷酸钠盐的工艺技术有机地结合,不但解决了副产物出路问题,并使原有磷酸钠盐的综合技术经济指标也得到有效的提高。实验研究了钠磷比、加水量、反应温度、反应时间对产品中残磷量的影响,结果表明,反应温度为82℃,加水量为40%,反应时间为15 min,Na：P为9：10时,效果最好,中间产品残磷量为1.28%,经硫酸萃取和洗涤后,白炭黑的残磷量用普通方法已无法检出。
