| 摘 要： | 采用SolidWorks2009建立深沟球轴承三维模型,利用SolidWorks自带的有限元软件COSMOS/Simulation对深沟球轴承进行接触有限元分析,得出了轴承内外圈、滚珠、保持架之间的接触力、应力、应变的变化情况及接触过程中的压力变化情况,为轴承的设计分析提供了一种可行的方法。

| Abstract: | A 3-D model of the rolling bearings with deep ball filling slots was built using SolidWorks2009. With the finite element software COSMOS/Simulation,The contact finite element analysis was done for those bearings. thus revealing the change in contacting stress strain between the inner/outer ring, rolling balls and ball retainer and relevant pressure in distribution. Those have offered a feasible method for the design and analyze of the bearing. |
