摘    要:以大学英语四、六级考试改革后的新题型为切入点,通过对改革前后题型变化的对比分析,探讨大学英语词汇教学在英语教学过程中的基础性作用.指出英语教学应以词汇为本,带动学生“听、说、读、写、译”等能力的全面提高;提出从语音教学、跨文化意识、学习记忆策略和运用遗忘规律合理复习检查等4个方面加强大学英语词汇教学.

Abstract:The CET new type brings a challenge and further requirements for College English vocabulary teaching. By comparing and analyzing the change of CET type before and after reform, this paper emphasizes the basic functions of vocabulary teaching in College English teaching and points out that vocabulary is the basis of English teaching and precondition of the improvement of students" abilities in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. It is suggested that college English vocabulary teaching, should be strengthened in pronunciation, cross-cultural awareness, learning strategies and revision.
