中国底层群体的社会上升之路

从公平和建立和谐社会的价值目标出发，探讨底层群体向上流动的社会机制．认为底层群体的上升既需要个人的努力，更需要社会制度层面的改革．从制度上打破城乡分割的二元社会的户籍制度，给农民工提供真正的国民待遇，加快城市产业化调整，增加教育公平的机会，是提升底层社会群体上升机会的有效途径．

Upward mobility for the bottom class in China

Based on fairness and harmonious society construction, the social system of upward mobility for the bottom class is explored. It is pointed out that the upward mobility involves the personal effort as well as the social system reform. The suggestions for the upward mobility of the bottom class are as follows： bridge the gap between urban and rural social system ; offering the real equal treatment of rural labors, speeding up readjustment of the urban industrial composition and creating more education chances for the bottom class.
