摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为钛源,180目天然沸石为载体,用溶胶-凝胶-浸渍法制备了不同涂膜层数的TiO2/沸石微粒光催化剂,用X射线衍射和红外光谱对其进行了表征.以甲基橙为目标降解物,在光照强度、甲基橙初始浓度、催化剂投加量与空气通入量一定的光催化反应器中,通过30min光催化降解的吸光度变化,考察了TiO2涂膜层数、催化剂重用性能等不同条件下催化剂的光催化活性.结果表明,涂覆5层、120℃下干燥12h、200℃煅烧2h时的TiO2/沸石微粒对沸石结构没有影响,TiO2与沸石间形成了较强的Ti-O-Si化学键合,光催化活性最高,投加1.0mLH2O2,重复使用4次后再生,其光催化活性由59.35%恢复至82.3%.

Preparation of TiO2/zeolite particle and its photocatalytic activity for methyl orange

Abstract:Using tetrabutyltitanate as titanium source and natural zeolite with 180 mesh as the carrier, TiO2/zeolite particle photocatalytlc with different film coating was prepared by Sol--Gel--Impregnatlon method, X-Ray diffraction and IR spectrum were used to characterize it. Methyl orange as object dyes, in the photocatalytic reactor which have a certain amount of the light intensity, initial concentration, catalyst dosage and air input through the absorbency variation of photocatalytic degradation within 30min, the photocatalytic activity of the number of TiO2 layers, catalyst reused were studied under various conditions. The results show that TiO2/zeolite particle has no affect to the structure of zeolite when the coating is 5, drying at 120℃ for 12h, calcining at 200℃ for 2h. Stronger chemical bonds were formed through SiO2 with zeolite. Photocatalytic has the highest activity when regenerate it after adding 1.0mL H2O2 and reused 4 times, the catalytic activity recovered from 59.35% to 82.3%.
