大功率高原型发射机的设计

摘    要:结合某高原型雷达发射机的研制和实践,介绍了一种具备5 000 m 高原工作能力的大功率速调管发射机的设计。给出了系统方案,重点介绍了固态调制器、高压绝缘、快速电弧保护电路、速调管打火保护等关键技术。所设计的发射机具有体积小、效率高、维修性好等特点。实践表明:该发射机的环境适应性和可靠性满足设计指标要求。

Abstract:Combined with the research on the plateau type radar transmitter, the design of a high-power klystron transmitter which worked on 5 000 m plateau is introduced. The block scheme of the transmitter is presented. The emphasis is placed on the solid state modulator, high-voltage insulation technology, fast arc protection circuit and the protection on klystron arcing. The transmitter has the characteristics of small volume, high efficiency and good maintainability. The practice shows that the enviromental flexibility and reliability of the transmitter can meet design index.
