| 摘 要： | 探索影响基站安装工程质量的因素.运用已有质量管理原理及深度访谈方法,分析得出影响因素并建立了理论结构方程模型.通过对西安某通信工程企业调研,并进行模型实证分析,得出各因素对基站安装工程质量的作用关系,提出质量改进的建议.

| Abstract: | In order to find out the influencing factors on installation quality of mobile station engineering, a theoretical model is established by using the principle of quality controll and interview. The structural equation model was experimentally tested in a communication engineering company in Xitan. The rela- tionship between the facts and the installation quality of mobile station engineering is obtained, and some practical suggestions are provided for improving the installation quality. |
