肋骨冷弯机PLC控制系统的可靠性设计

摘    要:论述了提高控制系统的抗干扰能力,就可以提高其稳定性和可靠性。通过分析程控机械手肋骨冷弯机的PLC控制系统的内部和外部干扰源,从系统供电、输入输出信号、系统接地及电缆敷设等四个方面提出了抗干扰措施,并以某船厂160t程控机械手肋骨冷弯机的控制系统为例,说明这些措施对提高系统的抗干扰能力和系统的可靠性有着十分重要的作用。

Abstract:In Order to enhance the stability and reliability of the control system, anti - interference capability must be improved in control system. An analysis is made on internal and external interference source of PLC system in the paper. Some concrete anti - interference measures are presented from the aspects of power supply, signal system, earthing system and so on.. For instance, 160tPLC control system of frame bending machine with manipulator controlled by programmable controller of Qingshan shipyard indicates that these measures are very useful for improving anti - interference capability and reliability of PLC control system.
