| Abstract: | Silane coupling agent is a chemicai substance, which can enhancethe interface adhesion between inorganic fillers and resins.It has an important function in filling modification of plastics. The varieties, structures and characteristics of the silane coupling agents,and the developing situations of new silane coupling agents arc introduced in this paper.The action mechanisms and the applying methods of silane coupling agents are described, and their application effects in filling composite materials are discussed. |
