实体膨胀管膨胀后轴向位移有限元数值模拟

摘    要:实体膨胀管膨胀后轴向位移的变化规律,是确定待膨胀套管长度和确定膨胀工艺的基础,是实施井下套管膨胀作业前必须解决的问题。为研究膨胀管膨胀后的轴向位移的变化规律,建立了实体膨胀管膨胀过程的三维非线性接触问题有限元分析模型。通过对所建模型的求解,对实体膨胀管膨胀后轴向位移与膨胀工具模角的关系进行了深入细致的研究,找出了膨胀工具与膨胀管在不同的接触条件、膨胀管在不同的内径膨胀率及不同的壁厚条件下轴向位移的变化规律。得出了套管膨胀后的轴向位移受多种因素影响的结论。并通过实验证明了所建立的模型解精度较高,能够满足工程需要。因此,在设计膨胀工艺时,应综合考虑膨胀工具与膨胀管的接触状态、膨胀管的膨胀率及膨胀工具模角,确定套管膨胀前的实际长度,以满足工程实际的需要。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to research the laws of axial displacement for expanded solid expandable tubular.A 3-D non-linear FEM contact analyses model of Solid Expandable Tubular(SET) was established . The result solved by this model is consistent with that measured in the test, which proved the model advanced is dependable and accurate. The relationship between axial displacement of expanded SET and the expansion tool's model angle was studied carefully through solving the model with FEM analyses software Ansys and the relationships between axial displacement of expanded SET and friction coefficient, expansion rate, and thickness of the tubular were curved distinctly. As the conclusion that axial displacement of expanded SET is affected by various parameters, the working condition, technical parameters and expansion tool's model angle must be considered in designing the suitable expansion plan.
