| Abstract: | A cross section model of chip breakers with convex chip curling blocks(a chip breaker of convex spherical surface) has been established in this paper. And effect of the change of each parameter of the model on a up-curling radius of the chip has been discussed. In addition,design of the parameter of the model has been studied also. Results show that it is convenient and practicable of the new designing method of the parameter of the chip beraker. |
