电液加载仿真台的设计与自适应控制

摘    要:介绍了一种能够实时模拟出火箭炮随动系统在不同带弹量、不同位置下的不平衡力矩的电液加载仿真台。实验结果表明,本文采用的基于模糊白适应PID控制算法设计的控制器可以使电液伺服加载系统具有良好的控制效果,有效地抑制负载变化和外界干扰,满足系统的要求。

Abstract:An electro- hydraulic servo simulation equipment was introduced which can simulate the unbalanced moment of the rocket launcher servo system when it has the different shells and in different position. The results of the experiments show that the intel- ligent controller is self - adaptive and has the robust character for the change of the model parameters, and the outside inferences and load variation can be retained effectively.
