原生纳米颗粒添加组分流态化研究

摘    要:以原生纳米级SiO2和TiO2为原料,采用添加较大的颗粒来改善粉体结构特性,进而改善粉体的流化质量,考察在添加不同粒径、不同质量比的玻璃珠颗粒情况下,纳米级颗粒SiO2和TiO2的流化性能。实验表明,当添加粒径小于0.192mm的玻璃珠时,SiO2和TiO2流化质量有明显改善;且当玻璃珠的添加量大于10:1时,其沟流现象很小,流化质量较好。在本实验中,采用床层压降曲线来表征其流化性能。

Abstract:The fluidization characteristics of SiO_2 and TiO_2 powders were investigated.Four different diameters of glass particles ranging from 0.062 mm to 0.259 mm were chosen as the easy-to-fluidize large beads.The experiments indicated that the powder could be smoothly and uniformly fluidization when the diameter of glass particles was less than (0.192) mm or the mass fraction of glass particles was 90%.The fluidization quality of the powder was shown by the curves of pressure drop across the bed.
