摘    要:对结构抗震设计来说,“概念设计”远比“计算设计”更重要,但为了创新,建筑师不会过多地考虑抗震的“概念设计”,因此不规则和特别不规则的建筑物越来越多,这是非常不利于抗震的,但结构师往往要做出让步。《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ3—2002)使得抗震的概念设计更具体、更明确,通过对条款和若干问题的的解析,结构师可以据此处理好建筑设计与结构安全的关系。

Abstract:As far as seismic design of structure is concerned, "concept design" is far more important than "calculation design". But considering innovation, architects may not pay much attention on "concept design" of seismic performance. Therefore, there are more and more irregular and particularly irregular buildings, which are disadvantageous for seismic performance. Generally, structural designers shall make concession. JGJ3-2002 Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building specifies more detailed and definite information bout seismic concept design. Through analysis on clauses of JGJ3-2002 and several issues, structural engineers can treat better the relation between building design and structural safety.
