摘    要:扩径导线主要用在特高压线路、高海拔地区、人口密集 的地区。介绍了国内外扩径导线的应用情况和针对“皖电东 送”淮南-上海输变电工程线路研制的2 类扩径导线。通过分 析现有的扩径导线的特点,提出了扩径导线的分类方式:按用 途分为线路用和变电站用2 大类;按结构特点分为大内径铝管 支撑型扩径导线、小内径铝管填充型扩径导线、疏绞型扩径导 线、高密度聚乙烯支撑型扩径导线。在总结研发经验的基础 上,提出了选择扩径方式的原则性意见。

Abstract:The diameter-expanded conductors are mainly used for UHV transmission lines, and in the area of high altitudes or heavy populations. This paper introduces the application of diameter-expanded conductors both at home and abroad, and the two types of diameter-expanded conductors dedicatedly developed for the Huainan-Shanghai transmission lines. Based on a analysis of the characteristics of the existing diameter-expanded conductors, the diameter-expanded, conductors can be classified as follows: transmission line-dedicated conductors and substation-dedicated conductors according to the their usage; large inner-diameter aluminum pipe supporting type, small inner-diameter aluminum pipe filling type, thin twisted type and high density polyethylene supporting type according to their structure characteristics. In conclusion, this paper proposes the principles for selection of the types of the diameter-expanded conductors based on the research and development experiences.
