含烃氢气还原的铂铼重整催化剂的反应性能

摘    要:考察了用含烃(C2H6或C3H6)氢气进行重整催化剂还原对重整反应的影响,从双功能平衡的角度阐述了催化剂表面结构改变对反应活性的影响方式;在中国装置上考察了催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,用含烃氢气还原铂铼催化剂可使其金属功能降低,在重整反应中脱氢活性减弱,酸性功能发生变化,催化剂双功能平衡失调不仅造成反应初活性异常,还导致催化剂运转周期缩短,稳定性变差,还原介质中烃含量越多,组分越重,影响越严重。

Abstract:It has been investigated how Pt Re reforming catalysts cause the reaction change when it reduced in H 2 contaminated with C 2 or C 3 impurities.Pulse chromatography was designed to determine activities of the catalysts treated in different atmospheres.The dehydrogenation activities of catalysts treated with H 2 containing C 2 or C 3 was found lower than that with pure H 2.Aromatization of these catalysts have also changed.By characterizing with TPT and infrared absorption spectrum,the causes are rendered as the imbalance of the catalysts bifunction.The similar conclusions have also been reached in pilot plant test,i.e.catalysts reduced in H 2 containing C 2 or C 3 have poorer stabilities than that treated in pure H 2.Such a result gives rise to be ascribed to the bifunctional imbalance.
