摘    要:TI公司生产的TMS320F240xA型13SP内部集成了AD转换模块,用于控制回路中的数据采集。这个模块与通用的AD转换模块一样表现出很强的非线性,直接使用其转换结果无疑会降低控制精度。鉴于此,该文通过对F2407A中AD转换模块进行测试,并应用测试所得数据,结合DSP自身的结构特点,提出了AD转换非线性的神经网络补偿方法并基于DSP进行了软件实现。经实际应用证明该方法可行、实用,并具有普遍性。

Abstract:An AD converter is integrated inside the type of DSP TMS320F240xA made by TI corporation and is for data acquisition of a control loop. Its converting results show strong nonlinearity like some other common AD converters. If used without compensation, no doubt is the control precision discounted. Just because of this, on the basis of tests on AD converter of F2407A and some tested data, combined with the hardware characteristics of DSP,a novel way of making compensation for AD converting results by neural network is proposed and also a software way based on DSP to realize it is given. It is testified that this way is feasible, applied and universal.
