| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了间歇阀在间歇式输送装置中的作用以及球面阀芯的主要技术要求，探讨了球面阀芯关键部位的加工工艺。解决了球面阀芯的加工难题，不仅使球面阀芯满足了使用要求，而且达到同类进口零件的水平。

| Abstract: | The function of intermission valve in intermission convey system and main technical requirements of sphere core are introduced. The key process for sphere core's making is studied. Difficulty problems for manufacturing the core is solved. The using requirement of the core is met, and its quality can reach to that of imported parts. |
