摘    要:在实现车身装焊质量检验工艺和质量实测数据网络化管理的基础上,采用统计过程控制(SPC)和统计过程诊断(SPD)技术,实现了车身装焊质量的实时与监控和故障原因诊断,提高了质量管理的效率和科学性。

Abstract:Since the quality detect process and actual quality data are manag ed in effect through computer and network,the real-time quality monitoring and fault diagnosis for auto-body assembly and welding are realized by using the ap proach of statistical process control (SPC)and statistical process diagnosis (SPD).The application of this software enhances the efficiency and effect o f quality management.
