任职教育院校考核模式改革研究

随着任职教育改革的逐步深入,考核模式改革滞后的问题逐步显现,如何有效推进考核模式改革已成为急需研究的现实问题.结合我院近年来任职教育考核改革实践,从拓展考核内容、活用考核方法、构建考核评价体系等方面进行了探索研究,并提出了进一步深化任职教育考核模式改革的几点思考.

Study on Examination Mode Reform of Post-oriented Education Academy

With the gradual penetration of post-oriented education reform, the issue of examination mode reform lagging is gradually appearing, and therefore how to effectively advance the reform of examination mode has become an urgently studied problem. Combined with the examination innovating practice of post-oriented education in our academy, some discussions and exploration were carried out in terms of extending the examination contents, making flexible use of examination mode and constructing examination and evaluation system and other aspects. And a few thoughts on further deepening the examination reform mode of post-oriented education were proposed.
