摘    要:借助X-ray及吸放氢性能测试装置研究了非化学计量比快凝合金La(NiMn)5.6的结构和贮氢性能以及A端、B端元素替代对合金的影响,测试了不同温度下合金的PCT曲线.结果表明,快速凝固(35 m/s)条件下合金La(NiMn)5.6均可获得过饱和CaCu5型单相组织.A端以Ce取代La,使平台压力增大,最大吸氢量减小,但滞后降低;B端以Sn取代Ni,改善了合金的活化特性,并使平台降低,吸放氢滞后减小.

Abstract:Co free over-stoichiometric La(NiMn)_(5.6) alloys were prepared and obtained by non-equilibrium processing of melt spinning(35m/s),and partially replaced by Ce and Sn.The hydriding performance and structure of La(NiMn)_(5.6) hydrogen storage alloys were investigated by pressure-composition isotherms,XRD and atomic parameters.The results of XRD analysis,the alloys La(NiMn)_(5.6) prepared by melt spinning(35m/s) present a single phase with CaCu_5 type,the crystal lattice constants a and c exhibit an anisotropic change.The activation performance partially replaced by Ce,Sn can be improved.The plateau pressure could be controlled by the elements of A site and B site.The substitution of La by Ce leads to an increase of the plateau pressure and a decrease of hydrogen storage capacity.The substitution of Ni by Sn could lower the plateau pressure.In the meantime,the hysteresis decrease.
