大圆坯连铸过程检测及自控技术的设计和应用

摘    要:介绍了近年实施的大断面圆坯连铸机工程中,应用可靠的过程检测技术和自动控制系统设计方案,如钢水测温、钢包和中间罐称重、下渣检测、结晶器液位检测与控制、结晶器冷却水系统检测与控制、二冷水系统检测与控制、动态二冷模型、自动控制系统等。

Abstract:In recent years, improved requirement for large-section billet promotes technology development and product upgrades of iron and steel industry. In this investigation the reliable technology application of instrumentation and automatic control were applied for extra-section round bloom casters. These applications contain steel weighting, tundish continuous temperature measuring, slag detection, mould level detection and control, mould cooling water detection and control, secondary cooling water detection and control, dynamical secondary cooling model, automatic control system configuration and so on. The properties and characteristics are expressed for different devices. Practice of technology application above mentioned is proved effective on enhancing quality, improving productivity, and ensuring safety.
