超临界水氧化技术的研究进展

摘    要:超临界水氧化 (SCWO)技术是近 2 0多年来发展起来的极具潜力的有机废物处理技术 ,超临界状态下的水能与氧或空气完全互溶 ,而且有毒物质被快速转化成无害的液体或气体 (如CO2 和H2 O )等无机小分子化合物。介绍了SCWO技术的特点、原理和方案设计 ,以及当前的研究状况和工业应用时存在的盐沉积和腐蚀等问题及相应的对策。

Abstract:Supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) was first proposed almost 20 ye ars ago as a potential organic waste treatment technology.Oxygen or air and sup ercritical water were completely miscible,and all polluting compounds were conv erted to harmless gaseous or liquid substances such as carbon dioxide and water . In this article,principles and features of SCWO technology were introduced,pr ojects under operation were discussed,progress of research was elucidated,and salt precipitation and corrosion problems of SCWO looked upon as bottleneck dur ing industrial application of the process were described.A suggestion for futur e research and development in SCWO field was put forward.
