透气性金属-陶瓷复合材料热膨胀特性的研究

摘    要:研究了以Fe、α-Al2O3、莫来石为原料备的透气性金属-陶瓷复合材料烧结尺寸变化率,以及制品在连续升温条件下热膨胀系数的动态变化规律。结果表明,该复合材料具有较小的烧结尺寸变化率和比各组分更低的热膨胀系数。

Abstract:Sintering dimension change rate of composite ceramic material prepared with Fe,Al2O3,mullite powder with ventilate character was studied.At the same time,when temperature is continually increased,dynamic change law of the heat expand coefficient is also studie,it shows that the composite material has very small sintering dimension change rate,as well as having lower heat-expand coefficient than each component.
