| 摘 要： | 人才培养和开发是一个行业发展的重要基础。文章以建筑企业高技能人才的培养和开发的角度,分析了其在现实中存在的问题,阐述了解决的办法与途径,提出建立以技师为龙头、高级工为骨干、中级工为主体的企业技能队伍发展思路。
