摘    要:变桨电机作为风力发电机组变桨动作的动力单元,其可靠运行是决定风力发电机组正常运行的核心。针对某风电场风电机组出现的变桨电机异响、卡涩故障,通过对故障电机拆解分析,查出失效点为变桨电机制动器端轴承失效。基于轴承的失效状态,结合电机结构及运行环境,分析电机制动器端轴承失效原因,并针对变桨电机结构提出设计优化建议。

Abstract:As the power unit of the wind turbine,the reliable operation of the pitch motor is the core of the normal operation of the wind turbine.Aiming at the abnormal noise and jamming fault of the pitch motor in a wind farm,through the disassembly and analysis of the fault motor,it was found that the failure point was the failure of the bearing at the brake end of the pitch motor.Based on the failure state of the bearing,combined with the motor structure and operating environment,the failure causes of the bearing were analyzed,and the design optimization suggestions for the pitch motor structure were proposed.
