百色碾压混凝土重力坝混凝土设计优化

摘    要:百色水利枢纽全断面RCC重力坝高130m,经设计优化,采用高强度的辉绿岩人工骨料,较小的粗骨料粒径,中热硅酸盐水泥,高掺粉煤灰及一定量石粉,允许较高的水胶比。因此,混凝土和易性得到了改善,RCC最终粉热温升大幅减少,RCC抗压强度和弹模数值由超标向设计值回归,适应了RCC主坝的高强度施工,也改善了RCC主坝的地震应力和温度应力。

Abstract:Height of RCC gravity dam of Baise project is 130m,concrete design is optmized by using high intensive diabase artificial aggregate,coarse aggregate of smaller size,portlang cement of moderate heat,high content of flyash and certain amount of rock flour and permitting a relatively higher water cement ratio,so as to improve the placeability and to reduce the thermal insulation temperature rise to a great extent.In addition,compressive strength and elastic modulus of RCC that are originally over standard allowance are corrected to design values,meeting the high intensive construction requirements of the RCC main dam and improving the seismic stress and temperature stress of the RCC main dam.
