富芳烃原料合成沥青树脂的研究

摘    要:以菲,催化裂化油浆的富芳烃馏分和蒽油为原料,以苯甲醛为交联剂,合成沥青树脂,并考察了不同原料合成沥青树脂的反应性,应用元素分析,FT-IR,NMR等手段,初步分析了原料及沥青树脂的结构和性能,并以此为基础推测可能的反应机理,探讨了不同原料对沥青树脂的结构和性能的影响,结果表明,树脂合成反应中的反应性因原料的不同而表现各异;沥青树脂的反应机理为质子引发下的阳离子型缩聚反应。

Abstract:s:With aromatics enriched hydrocarbons including phenanthrene(Ph), FCC slurries(FCCDF) and Anthracene Oil(AO) as starting materials, B stage pitch resin was obtained via a low temperature synthesis reaction with benzaldehyde (BA) as cross linking agent and p toluene sulfonic acid (PTS) as catalyst. The effects of different feedstock upon the properties of the obtained resins were studied. The structure characteristics of reactants and B stage pitch resins were analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The reaction mechanism involved in the synthesis was discussed. The results show that the reactivity of all feeds in synthesis reaction is higher than that in heat reaction. The mechanism is a kind of positive ion condensation polymerization reaction which is catalyzed by proton.
