摘    要:研究了超声条件下甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)与苎麻原麻、精干麻和麻纱接枝改性的优化工艺条件,并用红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)和扫描电镜(SEM)对改性后的纤维进行了结构表征.结果表明,以15%质量分数NaOH处理纤维20h,超声条件下浓硫酸为催化剂,浴比1∶30,苎麻原麻与TDI接枝反应最优化的实验条件是反应温度50℃,反应时间8h,TDI(mL)与麻纤维(g)的用量比为0.5∶1,接枝率达23.4%.精干麻与TDI接枝反应温度50℃,反应时间10h,TDI(mL)与原麻(g)的用量比为2∶1,接枝率达44.7%.苎麻纱线与TDI接枝反应温度60℃,反应时间10h,TDI(mL)与麻纤维(g)的用量比为1∶1,接枝率可达39.6%.

Abstract:Graft copolymerization of TDI onto ramie fibers under ultrasonic condition is studied using raw ramie, mercerized degummed ramie and ramie yam materials. The graft copolymers are investigated using FT-IR, UV and SEM. Experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions of grafting between the ramie and TDI is after treatmem of 15% NaOH for 20h, under ultrasonic, H2SO4 as catalyst, with the bath ratio at 1: 30. The ratio of TDI to raw ramie is 0.5 : 1, at 50℃ for 8 h, the grafting rate can reach 23.4%. The ratio of TDI to mercerized degummed ramie is 2: 1 ,at 50℃ for 10 h, the grafting rate can reach to44. 7%. The ratio of TDI to ramie yam is 1: 1,60℃ for 10h, the grafting rate can come to 39. 6%.
