| 摘 要： | 以乙醇为介质,用三乙胺、环氧氯丙烷和松香合成阳离子松香型乳化剂,用该乳化剂与阳离子和非离子表面活性剂复配作为乳化剂,采用常压逆转法可以制得性能稳定的阳离子分散松香胶。该施胶剂在较低的用胶量和硫酸铝用量时,具有较理想的施胶效果,能满足大部分文化用纸的施胶要求。

| Abstract: | In this paper, cationic rosin emulsifier was synthesized by triethylamine, rosin and epichlorohydrin in ethanol. Stable cationic dispersed rosin size can be prepared by normal pressure inversion process with the blending of this emulsifier, cationic and non-ionic surfactants as emulsifiers. The sizing agent has satisfactory sizing effect at lower dosage of size and aluminum sulfate and can meet the sizing requirements of most of cultural paper. |
