混合动力电动汽车用永磁无刷直流电机的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:设计了一种混合动力电动汽车用永磁无刷直流电机。采用计算机辅助设计程序,通过输入基本数据和计算方程式对一台12kW,6极外转子永磁无刷直流电机进行设计。通过有限元分析方法对一些利用经验公式或经验数值得到的对电机性能影响较大的主要系数进行修正,实现了对计算机辅助设计程序的优化。

Abstract:A PM brushless DC motor for hybrid power electric motor vehicle is designed. In this paper, a computer-aided design process is adopted to design a 12kW 6-pole external rotor PM brushless DC motor by inputting basic data and calculation equations. The main coefficients got from experimental formulas or values, which influence greatly on motor performance, is corrected by finite element analysis method, thus the optimization of computer-aided design process is carried out.
