基于PLC的往复式抓棉机控制设计

摘    要:针对多组分不同品种的纱线进行混纺的前纺抓棉设备要求,根据往复式抓棉机自动控制系统的特点和现场工艺要求,给出了一种基于可编程序控制器的往复式抓棉机自动控制系统,编制系统的自动控制过程和程序设计。该系统具备可按照设定工艺对抓棉过程中的小车运行速度、抓棉层高度、打手抓棉速度等参数进行自动协调控制,保证了抓棉质量和设备的稳定运行。实践表明,该设计达到基本工艺要求,具有一定的应用推广前景。

Abstract:An automatic control system of traverse plucker based on PLC was introduced according to its requirements for cospinning several groups of different breeds of yarns.Based on features and technical requirements of automatic control system of traverse plucker,the design and program of automatic control system were fully explained.This equipment has the functions of setting and displaying parameters,autocontrolling the parameters such as the speed of dolly,height of cotton layer,speed of gripping cotton and so on,which ensure the quality of cotton gripping and stable operation of textile machines.Experiments show that the design has met basic technological requirements and has certain market perspective.
