双头切割锯创新设计

借鉴国外切割锯新技术,创新设计出动力头结构,采用全封闭和可拆卸式,使两个对称动力头同时工作,且设有专门的锯屑收集器。特别是采用了较流行的步进电机,通过滚珠丝杠进行送料和切割,而且利用它的特点可以自动调整角度。整台机器采用PLC控制,自动化程度高,能达到较高的精度要求。

Innovative Design of Double-edged Incising Saw

Draw on the foreign new technique of incising machinery,motive heads were designed innovatively with the designing characteristics of completely closed structure and disassembleness structure,two symmetry motive heads worked at the same time.and a specialized sawdust collector was established.Especially the machine adopted the popular stepping motors,can incise automatically and even can adjust the angle automatically.The machine adopted PLC to attain the higher accuracy.
