PbTe/BiTe分段温差电单偶仿真设计研究

摘    要:考虑温差电材料的热电性能参数随温度的变化,建立了分段温差电单偶的优化设计模型.利用商用有限元软件ANSYS分析了PbTe/BiTe分段温差电元件长度比例、元件截面积、接触电阻、冷热面温度等变化对热电转换效率的影响,并进行了敏感度分析.计算结果表明,利用分段温差电单偶能够有效提高温差电池的热电转换效率,用PbTe/BiTe材料组成的分段温差电单偶的理论热电转换效率超过10%.

Abstract:Considering the temperature dependent properties of thermoelectric materials,an optimization designing model of segmented thermoelectric unicouple was made.Utilizing the commercial FEM software ANSYS,the effect of segmented thermoelectric element length ratio,element cross section,contact resistance,cold side and hot side temperature on thermoelectric efficiency was analyzed,and the sensitivity analysis was also performed.The calculation result shows that the conversion efficiency of the thermoelectric generator can be effectively increased,and the theoretical efficiency of segmented thermoelectric unicouple with PbTe/BiTe material is over 10%.
