| 摘 要： | 介绍电网监控系统的结构与性能,对远方数据终端设备的配置和主要功能作了分析。以计算机为核心构成的电网监控系统使遥信、遥测、遥控及遥调等远动功能有了新的发展,为电网远行参数监视和设备状态监视提供了必要的实时数据和新颖的监控手段。目前,电网监控系统已成为实现电网调度自动化进程中不可缺少的基本设施。通过试验,为信息收集功能的可靠性和可信度提供了准确的数据资料。结果表明,检测试验与实时分析是保证电网监控系统可靠运行的重要的基础工作。

| Abstract: | Citing practical instances, introduces the characteristic of monitoring system which has already become an indispensable facility for automatic dispatch of power network and analyzes the construction and main function of telemetric terminal installation. The monitoring system centred on the computer as key part enables such telemechanic functions as telesignal, telesurvey, telecontrol and teleregulate etc. to make new progress and provides essential realtime data and new monitoring means of network's running data and equipment status. The accurate data and information on the reliability and believeability of infomationcollecting function are obtained by experiment,the result showes that the inspection test and realtime analysis are important work in telemetric system. |
