摘    要:针对风-光-梯级水电站系统中水电站电量外送因输电断面限制因素产生的严重弃水问题,结合风、光、水时序发电互补及梯级水电站发电、储能双重特性,建立输电断面限制条件下的多能源补偿调节长期优化调度模型。首先分析风电、光伏可再生能源季节性出力,根据风光出力预测值调整梯级水电站运行水位,实现水库储能并转移发电时段,同时采用逐步优化算法与水位廊道约束耦合方法求解以外送发电量最大为目标的调度模型。最后通过算例仿真,验证了本文模型的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract:Aiming at the serious water abandonment when supplying power from hydropower station resulted from transmission section limitation factors in the wind power-photovoltaic-step hydropower station system,in combination with timing power generation complementary of wind power,photovoltaic,hydropower station system & dual characteristics of power generation and energy storage of cascade hydropower stations,long-term optimal scheduling model is established for multi-energy compensation adjustment under the constraints of transmission section. First of all,the seasonal output of wind power and photovoltaic renewable energy is analyzed,then the operating water level of cascade hydropower stations is adjusted according to the predicted values of wind power and photovoltaic output,reservoir energy storage and transfer power generation period are realized. At the same time,a stepwise optimization algorithm and water level corridor constraint coupling method are proposed to solve the scheduling model with the largest external power generation as the target. Finally,the effectivenss and reliability of the model is verified.
