摘    要:暂态能量选线方法基于配电网故障馈线零序电流频谱能量高于健全馈线,但由于消弧线圈的过补偿,故障馈线首端电流工频分量及其附近低频分量可能低于较长的健全馈线,容易造成选线误判。为此,推导了应排除频段的近似计算公式,提出了考虑频段筛选的选线方法。为有效鉴别母线接地故障,基于母线故障时各馈线零序工频电流与对地电容比值近似相等这一故障特征提出了辅助判据指标。仿真模型验证了所提选线方法的准确性。

Abstract:Transient energy fault line detection methods are based on the principle that fault feeder lines’ zero-sequence current spectrum energy is higher than that of health feeder lines. However,the power frequency components and low frequency components of the health feeder lines are higher than those of the fault feeder lines with arc suppression coil overcompensation,which probably causes the misjudgments of fault line detection. As a result, an approximate calculation formula of the frequency band that should be excluded is derived and the fault line detection methods considering frequency band selecting are proposed. For the purpose of judging bus faults, an auxiliary criterion is given based on the principle that the ratio of the power frequency current amplitude to the capacitance to earth is equal When the bus gets into trouble. The simulation proves the correctness of the methods.
