基于图像处理的配电网差异性网格划分方法研究

摘    要:配电网规划所包含的元素越来越多,考虑差异化与精细化的网格化规划方法逐渐替代传统的规划方法。主要阐述了差异性网格化规划的含义,介绍了考虑网格划分的差异性规划的一般方法,提出了一种基于图像处理的网格划分方法,即基于负荷密度差异通过染色、合并的方法确定网格,并且提出了评估网格划分合理性的一致性指标。最后以某地开发区为算例,根据该方法给出最优网格划分并提出了相应的网架规划方案。

Abstract:Distribution network planning contains more and more elements, and mesh planning method con-sidering differences and refinement gradually replaces the traditional planning methods. This paper focuses on the meaning of the mesh planning considering differences, introduces the general method of differential planning considering meshing, and proposes a meshing method based on image processing, generating the grid by dyeing and merging based on load density. Meanwhile a consistency index to evaluate the rationality of the meshing is proposed. Finally, taking a certain development zone as an example, the optimal mesh planning is given with this method and the corresponding grid planning scheme is proposed.
