摘    要:随着西北电网新能源的快速发展与直流外送规模持续扩大,当前多直流、高比例新能源电网应对严重扰动能力不足,电网的暂态稳定问题制约了直流外送水平和新能源消纳能力。定性分析了大功率直流冲击、高占比新能源对电网稳定性影响,从加强电网规划、强化电网安全稳定三道防线、加强新能源发电低电压穿越适应性及新技术应用等方面,提出了增强电网稳定水平的措施。

Abstract:With the rapid development of new energy in Northwest Power Grid and the continuous expansion of DC transmission scale, the current multi-DC and high-proportion new energy grid has insufficient capacity to deal with serious disturbances, the transient stability of power grid restricts the level of DC outgoing transmission and the absorption capacity of new energy. The impact of high-power direct current impact, high proportion of new energy on power grid stability is analyzed qualitatively, relevant countermeasures are put forward from aspects of strengthening power grid planning, strengthening three defense lines of network safety, strengthening adaptability of low-voltage crossing of new energy sources and application of new technologies.
