智能配电网一二次协同规划方法研究

摘    要:智能配电网二次系统的发展对配电网规划带来了巨大的影响,单独考虑一次系统的规划方法难以满足系统可靠性的要求,需要一二次协同进行规划。首先,介绍了二次系统中的各项先进技术,分析其对配电网产生的影响。其次,提出计及二次系统的配电网规划,并给出相应的评价指标,同时提出了一二次协同规划方法。最后,采用某市实际电网运行数据,通过分析一二次协同规划与传统配电网规划的区别,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:The development of the secondary system in smart distribution network has a huge impact on the distribution network planning. It is difficult to meet the requirements of system reliability by considering the planning method of primary system in isolation, which means the collaborative planning method of the primary system and secondary system is needed. Firstly, the advanced technologies in the secondary system are introduced, and their impact on the distribution network is analyzed. Secondly,the distribution network planning considering the secondary system is proposed, and the corresponding evaluation indicators are given. At the same time, a collaborative planning method of the primary system and secondary system is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed collaborative planning method is verified by analyzing the difference between the traditional planning method and the collaborative planning method according to the actual grid operation data of a city.
