建筑工程设计中系统工程的几个基本原理

摘    要:本文将系统工程的观点和方法引进到建筑工程设计中来,得出几个基本原理,即:协调工作原理、反馈控制原理和动态稳定原理.在论述原理的同时,对现行设计的方法和程序作了扼要阐明、并对其改革方向进行了探索.文中着重于原理在设计中的应用,举出了工程实例,对课题进行了定量分析.实践证明,自觉地运用系统工程的基本原理,可以取得设计周期短、经济效益高的最佳效果,以实现建筑工程设计的最优化.

Abstract:In this paper, viewpoints and methods of system engineering are introduced into the architectural engineering design,and the following fundamental principles are obtained:principle of harmonized procession;principle of feedback control and principle of dynamical stability. Based on the principle of harmonized procession, a brief and to-the-point explanation about the curr ent design program and an exploration on the orientation of current design reform are made, and the funda-mental principle of harmonized procession and its application in architectural engineering design are discussed as well. The main contents of the principle of feed-back control are the feed-back of current design and the affirmation that the system design is a system of feed-back control,as well as the application of the feed-back control system in architectural engineering design. In the principle of dynamical stability, analysis on the stability of the dynamical system and on the time-retarding effect are made, and applications of the dynamical stability principle to architectural engineering design are presented.The paper describes emphatically the practical applications of the fundamental principles of system engineering in architectural engineering design. Quantitative analyses on thproblems under discussion are made with practical example of construction design. It is proved by the construction design practice that to introduce the methods and procedures of system engineering is of logical necessity. Not only in the course of pondering, but also during the stage of working, it is necessary to grasp and use the principles of harmonized procession, of feed-back control, and of dynamical stabitity. To apply these fundamentals conscicusly, but not spontaneously, will gain the best result of short design cycle and high economic benefits, thus realizing the optimization of architectural engineerig design.
