电网优化规划的一种新方法

本文从严格的数学优化方法出发，提出了一种新的电网规划的多目标模糊优化模型，文中同时考虑了投资最小，可靠性最大，对环境的影响最小等三个目标，通过对各目标实现程度的隶属函数进行定义，提出了求解模型的模糊算法，将多目标优化规划问题转化成模糊规划问题，所得解使得各目标总体实现程度最好。最后，对某实际系统进行了计算。

Finally, as an erample, a real system is given to demonstrate the method.
