民营航空企业员工工作满意度、工作绩效关系研究

摘    要:在参考他人成熟量表的基础上,根据民营航空工作特征自编和修改了相关调查量表,对4家民营航空企业400人进行了关于工作满意度、工作绩效问卷调查,并提出了相关的研究假设;统计分析后结论为:(1)员工的不同属性对工作满意度和工作绩效有关联,(2)工作满意度与工作绩效之间存在显著的正相关,工作满意度与周边绩效的相关高于与任务绩效的相关,(3)员工的工作满意度对工作绩效有较好的预测作用。最后,根据研究结果提出了民营航空企业有关实践管理建议。

Abstract:By using and making reference to others' mature scales and based on the job features of private airlines, the investigation questionnaire was made and modified and used to find out the job satisfaction and job performance among 400 employees from 4 different private airlines and relevant research assumptions were brought forward. After statistic analysis, the conclusions are as following: (1) employees' different attributes have connection with job satisfaction and job performance, (2) there is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and job performance, correlation between job satisfaction and contextual performance is higher than it with task performance, (3) employees' job satisfaction has a good predictive effect on job performance. In the end, based on the research results, practical administration suggestions for private airlines were given.
