高炉强化冶炼技术攻关

摘    要:对孝义城钢432m^3高炉强化冶炼技术攻关进行了总结。针对高炉存在的问题,在分析原燃料和设备等状况的基础上,应用对比分析的方法制订合理的操作方针。采取了洗炉及使用斜风口;调整风口布局并控制适宜压差、制定防止连续塌滑料预案、提高风温使用水平、摸索合适的装料制度、调整冷却制度等强化管理措施,使高炉风口烧坏现象大幅度减少,经济技术指标明显改善。

Abstract:Intensified smelting technology was summarized for 432m^3 BF in Xiaoyi Chengcai Steel. Aiming at the existing problems of BF, the reasonable operating policy was drew up by using contrast analysis methods based on analyzing BF fuel and equipment. A series of measures were adopted,such as prepurging and using slanting tuyere, adjusting tuyere arrangement and controlling the pressure difference properly, formulating plans to prevent consecutive landslide material, increasing the use of blast temperature, exploring the appropriate loading system, adjusting cooling system and trengthening management. The phenomenon of BF tuyere to burn out was decreased greatly, and the economical technical indexs were improved significantly.
